Atelier Art Storage offers clients of all sizes 73,000+ square feet of museum quality storage with a full complement of specialized services.

Strictly following American Association of Museum (AAM) guidelines our facility will offer:

• State of the Art HVAC system maintaining a constant air temperature of 70ºF (+/-3º) and relative humidity of 50%(+/-3%)

• 3 micron carbon air-filtration systems

• 100% natural-light free with UV-filtered fluorescent lighting

• Level 3 security system including central station monitoring, closed circuit TV and police back-up

• Dry line sprinkler system and hardwired smoke head fire detection system connected to central station and Fire Department for detection and suppression of fire.
